Greenlawn Village is a 55+ community located in German Township of Clark County, Ohio, with its postal address as Springfield. It is comprised of 134 individual homes on five streets. Two additional buildings serve the needs of the community for water and sewer. There is also a Party Barn for an array of social activities.

This community is governed by its By-Laws according to codes established by the State of Ohio, with additional Association Administrative Rules that are registered with the Clark County Auditor. A Board of Directors is comprised of 5 owners who are nominated and elected to serve 2-year terms by the residents of the Village.
