Request for Maintenance

If you have a need for maintenance around your property (example-yard lamp not working, tree limb in yard, etc.), please fill out a “Greenlawn Village Maintenance Request” form, which is available from this website under Forms & Request link or a copy of form is available at the Party Barn. Once you have completed form, give to any board member or place in slot box on the side of the Party Barn.

Insurance - Personal

At closing of a sale, and for each new year after that, owners need to provide a current copy of their HO-6 house insurance to the Board treasurer. This HO-6 policy must clearly state that the risk insurance is for full replacement cost. Whenever an HO-6 owner’s policy is due for renewal, a copy of the policy for the new year is also to be presented to the treasurer. See Administrative Rules for more detail. The Association’s Insurance company is listed in the Contact link.

Landscaping around home

Is permitted approximately 3 ft. from house foundation and must be maintained by homeowner. However, the Association maintenance manager can help with personal landscaping at a minimal cost. Contact any Board member and they will have the maintenance manager contact you to discuss what you need.

Sewer & water

We have a self-contained well water and sewer system. Please be mindful of any water leaks, running toilets, etc. Also, be mindful of what you flush or pour
down your drains.
