Request from the Floor: Lee Foster requested permission to address the board members on behalf of many of the owners present; used the time to express regret for some of the remarks made by a few owners at the March 21, 2026, homeowners meeting; offered words of respect and appreciation for the board members and the work they do on behalf of this community.

Treasurer Report: Treasurer reported March 31, 2026, balances in the General Operating Account; Sewer Plant Account; Sewer Plant Loan balance remaining; Reserve Acct. (in the
quarterly budgeted operations and “reserved” for repairs, etc. to capital elements, etc.); Reserve Study Acct. for longer-range capital maintenance/improvements. Motion to approve, seconded,

Social Committee Report: Review of recent and ongoing social activities with reminder of the upcoming Greenlawn luncheon social scheduled for Ann and Tony’s Restaurant in West Jefferson, April 23.

Member-at-Large Report: Nothing to update regarding the water system/EPA nor other areas of responsibility.

Maintenance report: Manager of Village maintenance traveling out of town; no report.
